I (and others) have often referred to the large 300+ page PDF guidance document explaining all the official rules around ISAs but the URL for this document is no longer valid since the end of the 2017/18 tax year, as it seems to have been replaced by a set of guidance pages at https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/isa-managers-guidance.
Arguably it's easier to home in on specific areas of interest in this more structured format, rather than scrolling or searching through a massive monolithic document, but the lack of paragraph numbering makes it harder to direct posters to a specific clause.
For anyone geeky enough to want to locate the original, it's still visible here!
