Freemans Catalogue not in the list

Hi

Does anyone know how to claim against Freemans Catalogue?

They dont appear in the PPI tool list with the other banks and providers.

    Why not write to them direct and miss out the middleman?

    You don't need to use Resolver in order to send your complaint.

    I was thinking about writing a letter, but couldn't even find an address. They make it very hard. Wonder why.....

    They have rejected my claim...

    Since you are simply making a PPI mis-selling complaint, you can use any PPI complaint template.

    Why not just write them a (short) letter telling them the account number, your address details and the reason(s) you feel the insurance was mis-sold to you?
