Freemans Catalogue not in the list

Does anyone know how to claim against Freemans Catalogue?

They dont appear in the PPI tool list with the other banks and providers.

I was thinking about writing a letter, but couldn't even find an address. They make it very hard. Wonder why.....

Since you are simply making a PPI mis-selling complaint, you can use any PPI complaint template.

Why not just write them a (short) letter telling them the account number, your address details and the reason(s) you feel the insurance was mis-sold to you?
