Parking fine

I have just received letter from a debt collect agency as fine has got up to £160. The car in question was only photographed coming in and out was only there for 12 mins. What to do now. I am in Inverness Scotland

    Let me guess ..... DRP are the debt collector and the
    parking company is Smart ???

  • Ok so contacted the store and they said the car park is nothing to do with them and smart parking rents it of the council. Just received another letter threatening court if I don!!!8217;t pay by certain date. I know people say go to newbie thread but just want the best advice to what to do next thanks

    if you cannot accept it , then look elsewhere , as we are not going to change it
