I have just received letter from a debt collect agency as fine has got up to £160. The car in question was only photographed coming in and out was only there for 12 mins. What to do now. I am in Inverness Scotland

Ok so contacted the store and they said the car park is nothing to do with them and smart parking rents it of the council. Just received another letter threatening court if I don!!!8217;t pay by certain date. I know people say go to newbie thread but just want the best advice to what to do next thanks0
