Just renewed my line rental and broadband and had a nice surprise
last year my broadband was £21.48 with a loyalty of £7 made it £14.48. A couple of weeks ago rang to find out what it would be and was told it would be going up to £20 and that was the cheapest deal to be had I said I would have to think about it. Rang this morning and spoke to a lovely lady who said if i kept the line rental she would keep my broadband at £14.48 she then said that looking at my usage
because it was low so she could to the broadband for £9.
So it goes to show it depends who you get on the phone.

Does £9 include line rental? If yes, you have a deal of century. If not, you need to work harder (check out other VM threads)...0
