Do you actually believe that the 'BIG BOSS' reads your letter? :rotfl:

Your letter will be passed back to customer services, so why not just write there in the first place?

probably not but i find compain to at LEAST two different offices/department often get the RIGHT answer
    thanks for address as well
  • Here's the email for the chief executive of Tesco, terry.leahy@tesco.com

I emailed a complaint and copied him in on it, my complaint was resolved to my satisfaction when previously emailing/phoning and writing to customer services got me nowhere.

Out of interest, are you willing to share what happened to your mum?

As an ex senior manager for Tesco I can assure you that the best thing to do is to write to Terry Leahy (as per the email address supplied above by someone else).
Whilst Terry will not deal with it personally there most certainly is a chain of extremely senior people that get involved in it. From experience I saw complaints from customers work their way down from board level to the person that was ultimately charged to resolve the complaint (and feed back to the board) which was usually someone at a regional level (ie the store Manager's boss !).

You got to remember the store manager will try and keep it in house. If your complaint is of a serious enough nature and you dont think that the store manager will deal with it to your satisfaction then write to Terry !

Good luck, let us know the outcome.
  • I hope THAT your letter or EMAIL doesnt HAVE as MANY WORDS in upper CASE in there to MAKE the point that YOU only COMPLAIN to BIG boss and that you GET the right ANSWER!
  • if your mum was injured forget the tesco complaints
it dosnt seem to exist anyhow
get it taken up with a solictor
hope you can sue these dreadful people for bukets

i got some complaints of my own on them right now
    will post em here
