    It's been playing up all day with me. I've managed to log in just now though. I'm 10p away from cashing out and now the polls have dried up!

    I was having problems earlier, back in now.

    The site has been running slow for the last two days.

    It has been very slow with lots of error messages - I gave up yesterday as it was just taking too long to try to complete a survey.


    Funnily enough, they emailed me twice yesterday to say there were surveys available - wonder if they caused their site to overload by emailing everyone?

    They always manage to freeze your surveys when you get near the £40 mark. I usually contact support to query, and this sometimes produces a reappearance by magic. Last week, I decided to wait to see how long before a survey appeared, and it was 4 working days. Don't hold your breath after the 'upto' 28 days has expired, or you might!

    Should have said the '28 days' relates to the eventual payment.

    I can't get it to open at all , it's been slow and playing up for 2 - 3 days now but just loads a blank page on both the laptop and the tablet :mad:

    I have had problems too. I will do one survey and then when I finish it all the others that were waiting to be done have vanished. :(

    IT has been sporadically slow for 2-3 days now, maybe they know a load of us are close to the £40 again!
