My friend cashed out on the 16th of July and received her cashout yesterday, so under 28 days.

I cashed out on the 20th of July and I am still waiting but it isn't overdue yet.

Oops! I meant pester them on Facebook in my earlier post, not Paypal.
  • I've found that they respond well to emails too, both to the issue of the lack of surveys at the £39 stage and to the late payments. They are reliable and certainly not a scam, just quirky as Flicks says.

first of all I did not do any of the surveys .I just wanted to find if any were available and they all had some time to run.Yes you are right I might have been screened out but I would love to know how you explain the fact that I was offered none when was I approaching my payout but 16 as a new customer

first of all I did not do any of the polls on my new account and yes I might have been screened out but they were all valid polls. However the point remains that there were 16 polls available to a new account but none for someone approaching payout and the reason I tried again was just in case I was wrong about onepoll the first time but it would appear not so let them find some other mugs next time.
however I would love to know how you managed to earn £6667.97 this year

It's been explained enough times on here, why don't you read it?

It's because onepoll don't get paid for the surveys you do until at least 30 days after the end of the month in which you complete the surveys. But you are eligible for a payment as soon as you reach £40.

They pay you from a float before they get paid for the surveys you have done. Their float isn't large enough to pay everyone, so they have to delay some people from reaching a payout until onepoll get paid again the next month.

Update. Just logged on this morning and loads of surveys were waiting for me.

The first one enabled me to cashout my £40. I was then allowed to complete surveys up to a total of £1 before the rest vanished again. As I said, quirky!

Just hope my money arrives in my Paypal account before it needs a shave!

They're amateur as hell. Even the payment comes from a personal Paypal address. The last two cashouts of mine have been bang on 28 days too.

    Unconvinced.

There have been lots of posts before about waiting a long time for One Poll payments. As I've had a good experience, wanted to share to redress the balance a little. ;)
I requested payment on 8th August and have received the money today. Well done O-P:T
