Me too - very irritating0

having problems too - very annoying as I only need 20p to cash out!0

I can go the 1st page of a survey, then page cannot be displayed, I'm nowhere near £40 either!!0

I don't think it's the nearing cash out thing , I'm only on about 3.75 !!
I checked their facebook page and there seems to be a lot of people all saying the same thing - so hopefully it will get sorted !!0 -
Just to clarify I was joking when I said about it being because of being near the £40 mark. I've already had a random security question pop up around the £37 mark so know I'll be good to get to £40, once it is working ok again!
Lots of people having the same problems, obviously just got to wait it outThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
always problems with this site and I bet as I get near payout surveys will stop It has happened to me before when I reached
£39.10 and then waited 5 weeks for a new survey but I thought I will give it another try and see what happens but can guess
By the way I created a new account in a different name and guess what "loads of surveys available"
They just don't make them available to people nearing payout
So if I get payout it will be last with onepoll as it would appear it is close to being a scam0 -

I get to £40 every 8-10 weeks,one of the best survey sites imo.0 -
with regard to my previous just got to £39.10 and guess what ,just as I expected NO SURVEYS AVALABLE so I did what I did last time and signed up with alternative e-mail and surprise surprise. There are 16 surveys available but not it would seem when you are close to payout
It will be interesting to see what happens and as this is the second time it has happened to me I don't think it is coincidence
the site is without doubt a scam0 -
If the site is a scam you're a scammer for creating more than one account, a clear breach of terms and conditions no doubt.
Things also quieten down around the £39 mark, it is well documented on this forum, you wait and within a few days surveys come back again.
Also, for all you know the 16 surveys you have you would be disqualified from OR they are ones you've seen weeks or months ago on your other account (one of your other accounts).
If you were 'scammed' before of £39.10 why would you spend all that time doing it again! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Not a scam by any means but the site is a bit "quirky" just before you reach the payout mark.
I logged on yesterday with a balance of £39.80. There were 4 surveys waiting for me, one at 15p and three at 10p. I done the 15p one bringing my balance up to £39.95 and as if by magic the other 3 surveys had vanished.
I think they do this to prevent too many people from cashing out at the same time and Onepoll openly admit that they have to wait for Paypal payments to arrive before they can pay their members.
You can normally forget the 28 days before you receive your payment promise too as it usually takes much longer than this. Last time I cashed out I had built my balance up to over £18 before I received my payment.
Easy for anybody who sees this kind of thing going on to label the site as a scam unless they have experienced all the hassle before and eventually got their money.
Shout at it it, pester them on Paypal and call it all the names you want but it isn't a scam.0
