Best broadband for student house

Can anyone recommend a package? Landline not needed although line rental is and unlimited downloads probably sensible. 12 month contract.

My head hurts from searching!

Many thanks

Well, you can't have any ADSL broadband service without having a landline, since that's how it's delivered. Unless you can get VM cable service.
Does the property already have a working BT-based line?
Otherwise, since broadband is exchange specific, do an exchange search on www.samknows.com for your available LLU providers.

Ah yes, I realise that and should probably have said call package not needed.

Three in the house and they download music and films and live in front of a computer screen. They are there for 12 months.

with that kind of usage, i would suggest something pretty quick, either BT Fibre or Virgin if they are available

virgin usually do a 9 month student contract.

But u'll need to check exactly whats available
