no water today! can i claim for compensation?

in Water bills
without any warning, there's no water in my area this morning and this is the second time it has happened. my water supplier is thames water. can i claim compensation?

We've woken up to no water this morning

No idea how long it will be off for, but we've managed rather well - I was more concerned about getting the boys clean, lunchboxes and breakfast ready for school!
My Mother always taught me to keep the kettle full (from her war years experience), so at least we had a cuppa this morning! The dregs from the pipes were enough to fill the washup bowl to flush the morning loo rush
Kettle water provided a beaker for teeth washing.
Boys have taken fizzy bottled water in their lunchboxes, dh worked all night so he's blissfully unaware! And ... I get to spend more time on here on the basis that I can't: do laundry, Spring Clean, bake or bathe ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
