Asda complaints dept- not good!

A few weeks ago i ordered some Asda school uniform online and went to my 'Local' store (15miles away) to pick it up.
Basically, it took me a LOT of hassle to pick up the order because of various reasons (too long-winded to go into here!). When i got back, i phoned up Asda, and complained, as it took me 40mins in store to pick up my order, and the customer service was awful!

So, i phoned up to complain. On the phone i was told that they would call my local store to verify the details, then call me back. This was over a week ago, and i still haven't heard back from them, either by letter, email or phone, nor have a received the gift voucher thing i was promised.

Wont be shopping at asda anymore, now changed to Tesco!
