Complain to Nokia Care UK, address and phone number

I struggled to find the address and phone number for Nokia Care UK, in order to sort out some massive problems with their after sales service.
The address and phone number seem to be well hidden, but the following worked for me so hopefully if you are having problems with Nokia, this will help.

The phone number for Nokia care is: 01842 767990 based in the UK with English speaking staff. (Used this number twice).

Sent a recorded delivery complaint to this address and received a phone call back a week later from the above phone number.
