    Just wondering if anyone knows what buns and cakes turn out like when you only use 1 egg but the recepie calls for 2 eggs?

    I now bake for the kids (including OH, lol ) reguarly but this uses alot of eggs and as I refuse to buy any other than free range it can be expensive! Thought if I could cut back on the eggs I could save abit.

    I found out the other day that a HM cheese sauce tastes just as nice WITHOUT using any marg that was what got me thinking about this.
