Carphone Warehouse Delivery Problem

I ordered a phone online at CW to be delivered to the store. I have phoned the customer care line and they assure me it was delivered to the store on Dec 30th. The store itself, though, say it is still not in. I am getting no help from anyone - any ideas on what to do now?
I like my money right where I can see it - hanging in my closet.;)

Is this the same phone that you posted on a different string?I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

Yep. The woman from the store told me this afternoon that it is with the 'consolidation team'? I think that is what she said. She had no idea what it was and no one on the helpdesk knows. Helpdesk is saying it has all gone through and is out for delivery and the store says it had not been closed yet. Any ideas?
