'fingers crossed', presumably you have a preferred outcome?0

Anyone who cannot manage on their current income can apply for support.
And yes, I am one of the cohort that had my pension age raised twice.0 -
Same old / Same old - The court will decide if it was legal, it was the timing that was so wrong.0

Considering the judiciary are falling over themselves to support the EU how could they find enacting an EU directive unlawful ?
You have had since 1995 to prepare !0 -
Do you honestly think if this case had no credence it would have been heard in the High Court? It is too complicated to put the what and ifs on here, I just wanted to let the women who are affected know the date and time of the outcome.0

I watch with interest, as my wife was born in Sep 1954.0

I was 65 in May (born 1954) I don't get my state pension until January. Do you honestly think that's reasonable to have 5 years extra pension than me. Hopefully there will be no change ( fingers crossed)No.79 save £12k in 2020. Total end May £11610
Annual target £240000 -
If the court decides for, you will get all monies back! I was born in 19560
