I would rather take my chances on a roulette wheel than "invest" in this scheme. It screams "total loss" very loudly to me!!

Gateway films is recommended if you have money to [STRIKE]invest[/STRIKE] throw away

    Corrected that for you.

BTW other than you, who is recommending Gateway films? I certainly wouldn't to anyone with money to invest

. I recently stumbled upon Investor Profit Portfolio. They are working alongside Gateway Films who specialise in low-budget british gangster movies.

Are the gangsters in front or behind the cameras?

How long did it take to get any money? I invested £5k back in Feb 2015 and apart for now applying for the EIS tax claim I have still to receive anything from the actual film company. I invested in Away with Timothy Spall and Juno Temple but still to see my £5k back. Anyone else in this situation??

Looking after investors who funded the project so that they invest more is part and parcel of the process.

Wait until a film is a flop.

The option you have invested in is unregulated, extremely high risk and with high potential for total loss but some potential for gain. This is why inexperienced investors are told to keep away.

Just bear in mind that this lavish and expensive event was almost certainly an expense that will ultimately be funded out of the money that you invested. So you're the one who paid for it...
