    I gained 1/2lb:o i said to the lady that weighs, haven't been naughty but dont feel i have tried hard enough this week so i bet i will have a gain and i did:rotfl::rotfl:

    Bubbs 25g of unpopped corn kernels is 4.5 syns (think this is actually lower than it used to be - I'm fairly certain it used to be 5 syns!).

    Maman the recipe for onion bharjis on the SW website which aren't bad. They're what I usually do. Trouble is the recipe makes 12 and I often end up ending some of the extras later in the evening cold! So unintended syns!!!

    Stoke that popcorn maker looks very similar to the one I have. You have to be careful when the corn starts coming out - it tends to be thrown all over the place! Really must get mine out again at some stage but don't think I've got any kernels at the moment so would need to buy. Think it might have to wait until next month after I come back from holiday!

    Slight change of plan for dinner tonight - we had rainbow trout instead of sea bream. Wish we hadn't it was so bland. Won't bother buying it from Iceland again.

    Talking about lollies, bubbs how did your lolly eat go??

    Food today

    breakfast
    all bran, ff yoghurt and brambles

    lunch - everyone in the office had McDonalds.... I had tomatoes,
    carrots, 1 apple and one banana. :D:D:D

    tea - just got in and starving so had a tin of kippers in tomato sauce whilst my jacket pot. and beans cook!

    25g of kernels makes a huge amount popcorn. Used to last me most of the week so only 0.5 syns a day! So not high syn at all:D.
