Maman the recipe for onion bharjis on the SW website which aren't bad. They're what I usually do. Trouble is the recipe makes 12 and I often end up ending some of the extras later in the evening cold! So unintended syns!!!
I was wondering whether they could be frozen? Then I could bring a couple each out when we have curry.

My meal out last night was good. Went fishy: salmon mousse to start and pan fried plaice with veg and new potatoes afterwards. Disappointed that mousse came with toast soldiers when Melba toast is on the website (obviously cutting corners to maintain profit margins:(). Also, it was one of those fancy pubs where they sell Fever Tree tonic. It's not only expensive but the slimline has syns!

I won't post a menu today. I've had my HEX breakfast. We're out for lunch and then it'll depend how hungry I am later in the day. Definitely SW friendly snacking this evening if I feel the need.

    Back on plan tomorrow.:)
