    No one doing oonions this time? I do remember stocking up on onions from at least 2 different stores last year.......maybe it was Easter; does anyone remember?

    i think i got onions last year from morrisons...i think lidl have shallots if thats any use x

    I think you're right about Morrisons. ....the any 3 for £1 rings bells. Shame no one is offering onions.....they lasted ages .

    Bought potatoes from Mr T (29p) and Aldi (19p) - plan on doing a big batch of mash to freeze. And I'll need loads for roasties.

    I think (but may be wrong) that white cabbage was also included in the offer (as well as red cabbage)..
    At least on the 'fruit & veg offers display', there were red and white cabbages.
    Might just be product misplacement by staff though so don't quote me on that.
