    Thanks Dl....Lidl reduced even further on Christmas Eve last year to 19p.

    thankyou for this...saw m and s have some cheap but usefully cant remember the price ...were free in asda on boxing day x

    Saw an advert for this in today's newspaper:

    40p per pack, until Fri 27th Dec

    Brussels sprouts 500g
    Parsnips 500g
    Carrots 1kg
    Potatoes (Chopin) 1.5kg
    Broccoli (head)

    Note that both Tesco and M&S cheaper veg are available now, meaning cheap veg. for this weekend and for soup-making too.
    Lidl's offers don't start until 19th December.

    1kg carrots, 500gms sprouts, brocolli stem all at 40p.

    I grabbed some as OH wanted some sprouts this week and the lidl/aldi offers aren't on till 19th/20th.
