    Early days for us with Sky Q having left Virgin.
    Sky delivers 35 mps in a bundle for £55 pm
    Virgin 200 mps delivers 40 mps in a bundle for £95 pm
    Downside is the Sky box has one spare Ethernet port while Virgin had three.

    Wi-Fi is inside, the others outside. So was it a Wi-Fi or loss of BB issue?

    You can buy a five or eight port Ethernet switch for about £10.

    The symptom was no wifi in the house. The cause was unknown they just blamed and worked on everything.
