I have just had a rejection letter from Natwest.
They say that their is no evidence that I was mis-sold and am out of time.
Is it worth appealing to the Ombudsman.

You can do but if the bank has applied a time bar correctly then you are out of luck, the FOS cannot overrule this. The FOS will at least put your mind at ease that you were not miss-sold or confirm you were. Remember you have 6 months from rejection or that route will also be barred0

Statistically the most likely outcome. They say that their is no evidence that I was mis-sold and am out of time.
What evidence do you have that it was missold?
Not that it matters. If you have been timebarred then its game over.Is it worth appealing to the Ombudsman.
The FOS only uphold around 14% of PBA complaints. And if you are timebarred, then the FOS cant look at it anyway unless the timebar is being incorrectly applied.
