What an excellant idea, I think it can be done with a bit of inventiveness and a thorough scouring of shops available.I shall watch with intrest .I have some recipes in my Online Misers cookbook that I scavenged from this site ,so I think there will be a few people who once they get their thinking caps on will be posting their recipes0

Breakfast was cereal but 3 of us missed it - (late night)
Lunch was cold leftover salmon sandwich and/or eggy bread
Supper was leftover salmon (it was a big salmon) heated with Peas and pototoes (+ DS1 had curried peas and potatoes )
Will you be able to put up a list of costings please

Looks like an interesting thread, I think prices vary around the country, I live in an expensive area, but it will still give me some new ideas.
