Dwell problem with returns

Hi, hope someone can help me please.
I’ve bought a table and two benches from Dwell, the table was damaged, they came to replace the part, but that part was also damaged.
I have now have ask them to refund me and take it away, but they are refusing to take the benches as they are not faulty!
What can I do as I bought the benches to go with the table and they are useless without it.
Any ideas anyone?

Was it a set or 3 separate items? what time scales are we talking?0

Was this sold as a package or are they all separate orders?Life in the slow lane0 -
It was a separate table and benches not a set, but all three bought together on the one order in store. thanks0

I’ve managed to get a credit note for the benches which I’m happy to accept. Thanks for the help and advice. ��0
