I feel like I've lost out on contributions and was helping someone could explain or advise...
Weekly payments

Me 19.94
AVC 39.88
Total - 71.74
Amount invested - 60.94
Not sure where the additional £10.80 has gone

If these are weekly payments, is this the first week you have contributed? If not, what happened last week? How about asking your payroll provider and/or pension provider? There's not enough information in your post to answer helpfully here, so that might be quicker (and less frustrating for you!).Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
Could be an error; or simply a misunderstanding on your part. Either way, anyone trying to answer here is going to be guessing. As the previous post has suggested, start by asking HR/the pension provider.
Please come back and update this thread when you've done that. I'm curious to know what has happened.0
