I feel like I've lost out on contributions and was helping someone could explain or advise...

Weekly payments
Employer 11.96
Me 19.94
AVC 39.88

Total - 71.74

Amount invested - 60.94

Not sure where the additional £10.80 has gone

Whats the pension provider? Is this payment made via salary sacrifice ?

If these are weekly payments, is this the first week you have contributed? If not, what happened last week? How about asking your payroll provider and/or pension provider? There's not enough information in your post to answer helpfully here, so that might be quicker (and less frustrating for you!).

Could be an error; or simply a misunderstanding on your part. Either way, anyone trying to answer here is going to be guessing. As the previous post has suggested, start by asking HR/the pension provider.
