OK Avios is closeing when is it actually closing because I just booked a flight right now on avios website they say my avios will be transferred into a BA executive account but no e-mails from BA to say this has happened but my e-mail is registered with a BA executive because when I try to register is says e-mail address already registered but when I click the forgot password link and put my e-mail address in I get no e-mails from BA with a reset password link but don't want to loose my avios

Open a new BAEC account with a different email address. Use the transfer my Avios function from the BAEC website to move your Avios over.

that will give your Avios 36 months from now before they expire and a year end of October, so you know where you are.

    Avios is not closing.

Do you have an AerClub account? If so your Avios may remain on avios.com.
