    I called them up and got offered me a set formula of (line rental / 30 * 2)
    Since I am on a £0 line rental, sadly they said they cant give me anything

    Well I did call them and got a set £5 credit on all 4 accounts that we have with them (so £20 credit).

    On a line rental of £14 each (UL Calls/SMS/Data) that's a good result.
