Sort of - a S&S ISA is just a wrapper so within it you can hold whatever you like, as long as it's offered by your chosen platform. If you hold one or more growth-oriented funds but want income ones, you can simply sell the former and buy the latter, transferring between S&S ISA providers in between if you wish....
