    Had my pin number - couldn't remember password - so had to re-register for online banking - been so long since account set up

    I had a look at my account this morning, and the bonus went in as SWITCHER OFFER, but as two separate payments of £125, so £250 in total. I'm assuming this is an error. Alcan they just take it from my account? I am now going to switch to another bank and take the money with me and there is no overdraft on my Natwest Account...

    Not got mine yet.
    I was an existing customer so just did a switch not an account opening.
    Started the switch the day after the offer opened with it completing on the 19th Jan.
    Sort code starts 53
