    Have a good one Stuie!

We fly a week on Saturday, but I feel like death at the moment as we just got home from Rhodes at 03.30 this morning. Will just have recovered from a 2 hour time difference (which usually doesn't bother me) just in time for an 8 hour time difference in the opposite direction.

oooooooooo, I can post on here again. :j Been blocked from posting on here for a few days - although I could post comments everywhere else.

Enjoy your trips everybody who is going in the next week or so.

I've been looking for October. Got a slightly limited budget this time, so no Venetian this time, unfortunately. But, was having a look at SLS and it seems ok.
The rip off resort fee is a bit high, but no car park fees which balances it out I suppose. (Does anybody have an up to date list of those that don't charge for parking? I keep getting different results when searching)
It hadn't been open long when we when to LV in 2016, and we had a potter round. Looks nice, and we stayed up there when it was the Sahara site on our first visit in 2001, so we know the area a little bit.
Just wondered if anybody has actually stayed there?
    Thanks.

    hi
dontone had the same issues in regard not being able to post on this thread !
have you got an Mlife account by any chance? I had a look at mine earlier this month and was amazed i was able to book 4 night comp nights at the mgm, though it seems i had a choice of most of the mgm properties( i checked ny ny and mgm park) I have not been to vegas since 2016 so i have not spent money there since.
hope this may be of some help
Good luck finding a good deal though!

Is that the slot games you play on FB and it eats your daily coins in about 3 minutes? :rotfl:
I play that, but I don't think I have a Mlife account. I only have something like 200k points so I don't know if I'll have enough for comped rooms. Tbh, I'm not sure how to use it, but I'll have a look anyway. Thanks. :T
Expedia had SLS at £1050 each for two weeks, but it's that s*dding resort fee that is a bit off putting. But, It's about £2k cheaper than some of the other deals. And no car par fees either.
I wish they would do away with those. It's far too greedy.

AFAIK, Casino Royale, Circus Circus, Planet Hollywood, Treasure Island, Tropicana, and Venetian also do not charge for (self-)parking.

Have you had a look at the link for MGM properties I posted above.

We are staying in October, a mix of comped and paid for.
Just did a weeks stay at Park MGM for a week in October and the total price is $954, that includes taxes and resort fees...About £752 for a week total...plus you get $350 to spend in any MGM hotel on food and drink.
Personally I would book a week in 2 different MGM properties and have $700 in free food and drink.

the fb game is called myvegas !

No harm in signing up to an Mlife account though. If you are gonna use the Myvegas rewards i think youd be asked to sign up to redeem alot if not most of the rewards( the mgm property rewards anyhow) Its free to sign up.My brother and I have redemed like 10 buffets rewards via myvegas between us on a few trips!(ye ye i know fat so and so's !!!!:). though to be honest we were trying to save some money!
hope this may be of help

Same here  TC from Manchester, two weeks with a 3 day side trip to Sequoia national park / Kings Canyon in the middle. We have a condo booked in Rhodes Ranch area (stayed in the area before and like it) so will be avoiding the strip and gambling off strip for most of the time.
