Child maintenance - directors

My ex is finally paying child maintenance but the claim has been based on minimum wage. He appears to have conveniently forgotten to mention his directors dividends and rental income. I have appealed this but was wondering how long it will take and if there is likely to be a fair outcome (I gather CMS often never actually bother responding in these circumstances!).

    This exact same happened to me. I appealed and filled in a form with why I felt decision was unfair, this got sent to me ex and he could appeal but he didn’t so I got award based on full details, think it was only about a month x
