    Update - sent the MR.

How long does it take to hear back from them?

I believe I only have few months left on 365 days before it becomes IB ESA. When happens if I hear back after this period, as my area is now UC?

    Thanks

There's no timescales to decisions. Link from post #20 here. See end of paragraph 6. http://www.cpag.org.uk/content/esa-uc

as your area is a full UC area then you need to ask for a supersession.

What is supersession? What do I need to do now apart from hearing from them?

    Update

Just to recap, I was moved from Support to WRAG in August. I sent my MR early September. I also received a partner’s earning form at the same time to complete and send back.

I receive a letter which is identical to the first letter I had received in August. It didn’t mention I had sent MR and I didn’t receive MRN.

    Any advice?

    Thanks

Ring DWP fo clarification. It sounds like an administrative error.

You need an MRN in order to appeal.

When you say the letter is identical does that include the date on the letter?
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

    Thanks calcotti,

The letter is identical except the date...

    1st letter was .... August 2018
    2nd letter is ...September 2018

I reckon too, it's seems to be an error from their part.

It sounds like an error. Unfortunately you will have to ring them and ask them whether they have completed the MR and if so ask them to send you a proper MRN (in duplicate so that you can submit one to the tribunal service).

Thanks, will do that. I only have couple of months of contribution left before I go to income related. I hope the decision of MR is made before then.

Found out from them, they have received my MR. The current CB WRAG will finish next year. Will get back to you when I hear something. Thanks everyone.
