Sorry to bother you, as my MR is received by ESA people, can I continue to send them more medical evidence when I receive them from hospital? If so, how? Would it make a difference?

    Thanks

You can send the DWP evidence at anytime but as you've already sent the MR request letter, i'd keep the extra evidence for a Tribunal, if it gets this far and most do.

According to this link you can send extra evidence within one month of the MR.

    https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/employment-and-support-allowance/while-youre-getting-esa/challenging-an-esa-decision/

Looking at your time line I would agree with Poppy that they are likely to make the decision before you are able to get/send the extra evidence.

You could call and ask if you have your medical evidence ready to send. They might just wait if, for example, no one has looked at your reconsideration yet. Be sure you ask them to make a note on your file if they agree to this and only send copies.

They are looking at my case now...

If I'm placed in the same group (WRAG), can I continue with the CB ESA for the year after their decision?

    Thanks

I believe you already answered that question yourself, here.

Found out from them, they have received my MR. The current CB WRAG will finish next year. Will get back to you when I hear something. Thanks everyone.

You were already placed into the WRAG after your reassessment. You asked for the MR because you think you should be in the Support Group. You don't have to take it to Tribunal, it's your choice, if you don't then you'll stay in the WRAG.

The MR decision has remained the same and I don't see the point appealing. Thanks guys for your help.

Why don't you see the point in taking it to Tribunal? Most MR decisions remain the same, so there was always a very high chance it would be Tribunal. 71% of those who appear in person at their hearing have a decision in their favour. If you think you qualify for the Support Group then you have nothing to lose by taking to Tribunal.

Looking at my MRN, I see the reasons why I remain at WRAG. How can I challenge the reasons (Law)?

What surprises me, my health is still bad as before. Initially when I claimed, I sent 35 letters and this time I sent 150 letters!

At the same time, I do not want to risk my claim.

    Any advice?
