    I get this too and it doesn't matter which browser I try. I don't have any other problems with videos ever, so I think it must be for USA only?

    Check that your phone has auto-update turned off, because updating any Swagbucks app is likely to lose any short video you have saved as a favourite, and it may be difficult finding a replacement short video from the updated app's new selection of videos.

    A number of the Swagbucks apps, Indymusic, Lifestylz, Movieclips and Sportly, have just come up with updates available on my phone.

    Please stop scaremongering. I have an Android phone and it retains the favourites fine after the updates. Can't speak for IOS though.

    you're lucky then as my android phone has lost favourites on more than one occasion after i've had to update the apps
    - Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
    - Student Loan gone
