    Absolutely fuming!

Had an Inbox Offer for a 41-SB 2-part survey. Survey said it was going to take an hour but didn't take much notice. I had to watch the pilot episode of a new US drama, all 44 minutes of it. I completed the whole survey only to be told at the end 'We're sorry, we were hoping to speak to someone else'.

I couldn't even click outside the window whilst the episode was running so no running SBTV in the background like I usually do. What a waste of an hour.

That is appalling, collybird. I did that survey yesterday and fortunately it credited for me. Then I found out that there is a similar survey being offered to the US members for 200sb. I posted this on Facebook yesterday and Swagbucks UK said that we in the UK "don't get ripped off", even thought it appears that we do. He said that he would investigate, but I expect that will be the last we hear of it.

Could be all that extra TAX the the UK part of the company has to pay

I noticed a few weeks back on the usa facebook page they were offered 1000sb for joining bigfish games, an offer that is only available on some of the walls on the uk side.

Also got the wippy offer AGAIN in my inbox for 5sb... thats lower than it is on the walls....(dispite there been no middle man involved so i would expect higher payment than from a wall offer) not that anyone should risk that offer and i am surprised (or not) that they are still pushing that offer despite all the warnings posted about it.

I keep posting about that Wippy offer being risky but I think I'm wasting my time with Swagbucks UK. The Bigfish games offer is interesting because occasionally we used to get it on the home page at something like 800sb - so again a big difference between 800 and 1000sb. There is also the fact that there are more opportunities in the States which, I suppose in a way is understandable because it's a much larger country, but the number of times I see on the US Facebook page 'I've got 15 trusted surveys' or 'I've had 5 Peanut Lab surveys'. If there's so much disparity between the offers available, then why do we have the same daily targets as them (just thinking aloud there). Not only that, but it costs us more for our gift cards than the US, even taking into account the exchange rates.

Frustrated with Swagbucks.. i contacted their UK facebook page voicing my concerns over an offer i did and not being credited. I stated i clicked customer support which tells you to click the report problem button next to the offer but when i looked there is no report button.

and what do i get? a relatively rude mail telling me to do what i'd already done. :(

Thanks inferno - that's saved me a couple of rounds of mind-numbingly boring SBTV
