Removal of Default

Hi Everyone
I hope someone can help, I had a phone contract that defaulted on the 17/01/2008 and the 6 years will be up soon.
Will the default still be removed even if their is still an outstanding balance??

Yes, the default will be removed regardless of the balance being paid off or not.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. And if not paid or acknowledged in writing for 6 years it will be statute barred also, maybe before the default falls off.:beer:0
