Don't hesitate to let me know if I've made a mistake! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

It was our 22nd anniversary yesterday so I tried the Echo Falls bottle of sparkling. Not bad at all.
4/30 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -
Forgot to say - for me - 5 more ALDs for August - 2 more for September.
Impressive totals Shaggy. Well done!:T1/30
Struggling with the start - hitting unexpected/unplanned hiccups. Will try again today.

Do post if there's anything we can help with. I'm sure between us we've encountered many hiccups.:)0 -
Mind if I join? For various reasons I really want to cut down on my drinking, but I fail at the first hurdle normally. I have signed up to Setember's dryathlon, so this might be ambitious but I am aiming for 30 days free this month. 3/30 done already, so far, so good.
I'm an all or nothing kind of person, so I'm unsure whether to aim to be tee-total rather than limit my drinking to say, 2 or 3 times a month.0 -

This thread is for givers up and cutters down so you'll be fine on here. Why not get September under your belt and then see how you feel? Good Luck.0 -
