Yorkshire BS Mini Cash ISA?

Hi all
Just found out about the mini cash isa and it seems the best place to put the first 3k of my credit card sbt cash.
I want an instant access internet account and according to moneysupermarket.com the best is Yorkshire BS e-isa at 5.20%
Anyone know if there is better out there or any horror stories about Yorkshire BS, I've read the t&c's and it all looks ok.

Him indoors has got one of these. Put £3k in, not taken anything out. Were a bit slow initially to pass on rate rises but have been pretty competitive lately and no other problems so far.
