Well at £3+ I'm impressed if I'd paid £30 I wouldn't be as chuffed.
So tonight were having chicken chow Mein I've added a chicken fillet and some more mange tout but I doubt there will be any left for tomorrow's lunch.0 -
Hello,
A very good day to all... I am one of your lurkers but I haven't been for quite some time except for the time when fairfx was mentioned. I managed to buy the voucher from groupon but I wasn't able to go to fairfx as soon as I should because it asked for identification and I don't have internet access for the last week so it is only now that was I able to go back to their website. The £5 amount you can buy is now upped to £50. I don't mind spending the £20 to get a £50 everywhere card but my worries is can I use the everywhere card everywhere or where can I use the card? Is it an ordinary card like a credit card? Any advise will be very much appreciated - before I purchase Thanks in advance

I used mine in Lidl but anywhere you can use a MasterCard so no worries. Yes it's like a credit card and when you receive it you have to phone up and activate it and they ll ask some questions and then give you a PIN number. It's an automated service though.0 -

My box has also arrived & yes I am equally impressed but wouldn't pay £30 either - definitely won't be any left oversPandora's Little Sister 30/11/17 x0 -

Or, everyone else might be talking about something different! I don't get any 1am emails.Freewheeling wrote: »

I got my usual coffee, toastie & muffin at Costalot today, I had 3 Wonton codes, the guy on the till was training, and after I’d scanned two Wonton codes he passed me the receipt, and I left. Thought it odd so looked at the receipt he’d only put the coffee & muffin through.
So I went through the drive thru and got another muffin and a caramel shortcake slice. Yumm!I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Anyone doing the RM surveys - check the website now. I got the email at 1:05am, no invite there this morning or lunchtime, but just got on it now0

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
A woman brought a very limp duck into a veterinary surgeon. As
she laid her pet on the table, the vet pulled out his
stethoscope and listened to the bird's chest.
After a moment or two, the vet
shook his head and sadly said, "I'm sorry, your duck, Cuddles,
has passed away."
The distressed woman wailed,
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, I am sure. Your duck is dead," replied
the vet..
"How can you be so sure?" she
protested. "I mean you haven't done any testing on him or anything. He might just be in a coma or
something."
The vet rolled his eyes, turned
around and left the room. He returned a few minutes later
with a black Labrador Retriever. As the duck's owner looked on
in amazement, the dog stood on his hind legs, put his
front paws on the examination table and sniffed the duck from
top to bottom. He then looked up at the vet with sad eyes and
shook his head.
The vet patted the dog on the
head and took it out of the room. A few minutes later he
returned with a cat. The cat jumped on the table and also
delicately sniffed the bird from head to foot. The cat sat
back on its haunches, shook its head, meowed softly and
strolled out of the room.
The vet looked at the
woman and said, "I'm sorry, but as I said, this is most
definitely, 100% certifiably, a dead duck."
The vet turned to his computer terminal, hit a few keys and
produced a bill, which he handed to the woman..
The duck's owner, still in shock, took the bill. "£150!" she
cried, "£150 just to tell me my duck is dead!"
The vet shrugged, "I'm sorry. If you had just taken my word for it,
the bill would have been £20, but with the Lab Report and the
Cat Scan, it's now £150."0 -
