I hope they do show your interview PLMBL. Listening to somebody who has managed to pay off over £23k worth of debt would be inspirational to a lot of people. x

I may not even be on Hairy, but if I am it’s Martin’s show at 8pm ITV on Monday. Not sure how many weeks the series will run for, and I could pop up at any time  Xx
I'll look forward to watching it :). It's a series that I would watch anyway.

Don’t feel like I have much to say as not much happening here this weekend. Car has been filled with cardboard boxes ready for the recycling bit at the tip. They are from the computer DS1 built himself, and he’s happy with it so they can go now :j. I get my dining room back :T. Everyone coming over on Saturday for DS2’s birthday, so at least we have the room if I decide to do a buffet. At the moment I’m just thinking of tea/coffee and a birthday cake as it will be cheaper, but I know everyone will bring something if I do go for a buffet so it’s still a consideration.

Had a ‘hold your breath’ moment yesterday as a horrible looking letter from DWP landed on the door mat. It started with ‘There have been some changes in PIP law which affect how claims are decided. We are looking again at PIP claims to see which ones are affected’

    Blah blah blah blah....

    Then eventually

Your (DH’s) award is not affected and is still correct

    Phew!!!!

I suppose I need to expect that one for Mr SA then, he's on PIP. Makes you wish they could just work and be out of it :(

Glad it was ok though :)

DH was last awarded it in 2016 SA. Makes you wonder what would happen if they decided he’d been being overpaid all that time . Mind you, being sent money if he’d been underpays would’ve been nice!!

His current award lasts until next summer, so I’m guessing the review will happen later this year :(. Only just got over the ESA one!!

MR SA had his PIP review last year and they said they wouldn't bother him again. That remains to be seen. What concerns me is that they seem to know something I don't, which makes me wonder what's in his medical notes. Ignorance is bliss probably.

My SiL was given 10 years before she needs her next review. Makes me wonder what they base things on, as all Consultants have said DH will never get any better than he is now, yet he was placed on a 3 year review Xx
