Haha! Yes... re-directed via a relative...:)
Of course, it's entirely possible to have had credit card PPI without ever paying it.
It's also entirely possible that you did pay and records no longer exist after so long...
However, if you cannot find evidence of PPI payments from your own archive, both your complaint efforts and your posts here will remain utterly futile I'm afraid.
You may be sceptical of the Bank's response, but the fact remains that you'll never know for sure one way or the other...0 -
