We are completing our Etsa application and are stuck we’re cruising and stopping off a couple of us ports( excursions)
When completing the form are we in transit?

Also do we put the address of the boat

    Just Google the name of an airport hotel near the airport, and put that.

    But on the form it ask if we’re in transition another country. As part of the cruise yes?
    But USA is only port excursions?

    You are clearly misunderstanding the meaning of the phrase "in transit" , in this case for the ESTA it means you are just passing through a US airport, without leaving it, to fly on to another outside of the country.

    Clearly this isnt the case here. So the answer is "no".

    Might be an opportune moment to mention that there are some websites offering ESTA that are not the official website.
    If you use one of these, it will cost you far more than it should.

    So make sure you are on the official website before giving any financial details.
