If you don't go out, why aren't you intercepting your mail as soon as it's dropped?

How have they got your number to text you about the appointment if you didn!!!8217;t send any forms.

You say you can!!!8217;t habdle a home visit but how are you going to get help if you can!!!8217;t go out. If you tell the assessment person you haven!!!8217;t been out in 10 months then they would question how you got there.

If the gp seen how your living they maybe able to help but the thing is you say they didn!!!8217;t help in the past but I bet a lot of it was asking for help from other organisations. You got to be proactive to be able to get the help you need.

You say you haven!!!8217;t paid rent what money are living on surely your eating and drinking.

Jeez, I've still got my ESA50 from 2015 when I was last assessed, All I will be doing is amending certain parts because most of it is still appropriate. Shall send this, PIP decision form, Dr's letters and few specialists and appointment letters etc. For my appointment shortly....

I see my GP every month... I take it if OP doesn't see their GP they aren't getting any medication. Seems like the OP may have a problem with laziness and not what they say, Otherwise they would be doing more to get assessed properly!

OP will be lucky to be classed as unfit to work.

The one thing that puzzles me OP is that you say you haven't been out for 10 months BUT can't face having the assessment at home?

The OP is attending the assessment alone tomorrow, 15 minutes from home. To me, that's even more confusing, as they say they haven't been out for 10 months.

My flat is upstairs and I don't hear when the post comes. I also really worry I'll see my landlord or one of my neighbours if I go down to check. I can't even go to take out the rubbish to the bin until its like midnight and order my tesco shopping for the 10pm - 11pm slot because thats the latest they have

I've been on ESA for about 3 years. You don't just fill in 1 form once with all your details and then never again. They ask you about your contact details when you make your claim, they sometimes ask you if there's any change of contact details when you call, etc.

Perhaps you shouldn't judge people when you don't have a clue. Just because some things may be easy for you to handle, doesn't mean they are for everyone.

I've been receiving ESA for about 3 years. That's how I pay for food and drink, and I get it by having it delivered by Tesco.

Why is that puzzling? It seems quite logical that someone who can't leave their home would also have problems having a stranger come into the only place they feel safe. Especially if they're suffering the extreme levels of social isolation that the OP describes.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    I already answered this question.
I can't do a home visit. I really struggle to motivate myself so my flat is quite messy. It'd just make me even more anxious having a home visit

I see asking for help and advice here was pointless. Instead of being advised where I can turn for some help to deal with things it feels like its a witch trial of you all deciding whether I deserve benefits or not, without any real knowledge of my mental health problems or my life.
