    Or she's confirming she wants it. We spotted this house, rang EA to check price, viewed next day and put in offer following morning. We knew the area so just needed to check house OK inside. (This may have been pre-rightmove days).

    What time is viewing? Hope it's earlyish and out of the way for you.
