All may I please join...Id like to challenge myself to pay off my Loan its currently £4603.46...direct debit of £222.86 goes out on the first and have put a side £500 for final settlement payment...will try and build this up to pay off before the 29th December.

Looks like we are aiming for more than £18000 between us ... here's hoping we can make a huge dent in our debts.
Thanks Amara for setting the challenge. I've never tried to focus all my attention on one debt and usually thrash about wildly trying to keep all the balls in the air without dropping any!
We will see how this pans out in the next few weeks - oh and my payment was only £35 Amara - wishing it was more but it's payday soon so will pay off a bit more

I increased my direct debit thinking it would take affect in 6 weeks ...they amended it starting this month...oh well a bit tighter than I thought for next week or two but more money paying off debt! Hoping to be debt free In 9 months :T0 -
