    I updated my address with them just on the off chance. I knew I hadn’t opted to get the insurance but didn’t know if it had been added without my knowledge.
    Vanquis wrote back 2 weeks later confirming address update and that I had not had any. So they seem to be pretty on top of informing people.

    ...that they'd updated their address and confirmed they'd not had ROP

    I know for sure I've had it but heard nothing yet.

    No, have asked twice now & they said they have let people know so don!!!8217;t know if that means if you haven!!!8217;t heard you didn!!!8217;t have it? Almost certain I did have!!

    We definitely did and they confirmed it on the phone but we haven't heard anything back

    My partner rang vanquis yesterday and they said 90 days from the 27th February (they mentioned an actual date not us) customers will either get a letter stating how much they are going to be refunded with a breakdown and it will do onto their card balance with the date stated on said letter. People who have no balance or who no longer have an active account with them will receive a similar letter with a breakdown of how they got to the figure they are going to receive and a cheque attached.
