That's going to vary depending on how long people had the cover for. It was just under 200, I cancelled the cover a year or so ago.
  • Phoned vanquis on Friday asking about this

Got. Very generic response of that they are working there way through refunds and could take up to 6 months....nothin* more than that
  • I no longer have an account and have changed address so I completed the online form and received a text message advising that ‘you may be eligible for a refund of the interest from ROP which we will usually provide to you within 180 days’
It’s gone over 180 days and I haven’t heard anything since....does anyone know whom I should contact about this please?

  • I had a letter from Vanquis today informing me that I was due a refund of £14.83 but they were offsetting this against the reduction they made to my outstanding balance when I settled with them and closed my account in 2013. I was not expecting anything so don't feel like I missed out.

"You do not need to do anything - We have agreed with the FCA to make refunds by reducing outstanding balances where possible. When you settled your account, we waived £14.83 of your balance and we have offset this against your refund."
